Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Visit the Orders section of your account to make changes.

Standard delivery reaches most pin codes within 4–7 business days. Heritage-archive titles may need an extra day for conservation checks before dispatch.

Yes — orders above ₹500 ship free. Below that, a flat ₹50 contributes towards logistics, calculated at checkout based on your address.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, undamaged condition. Personalised and non-returnable titles are excluded.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, credited to your original payment method.
